If you are a Pastel customer, the platform processes publicly available social media content (posts, comments, discussions) from networks including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, and others to identify high-intent signals relevant to your business. Pastel does not store the full content of these public posts — it processes intent signals in real time to surface relevant leads.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Email address— To send you updates about Pastel, notify you when early access opens, and communicate product news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
  • Usage data— To understand how visitors interact with our website, improve our product, and identify potential customers who may benefit from Pastel.
  • Demo booking data— When you book a demo, you interact with a third-party scheduling service (zcal). Their own privacy policy governs the data you provide there.

4. Third-Party Services

We share your information only with the following trusted service providers, who process data strictly on our behalf:

Database hosting. Your email address is stored securely in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database.
